Message from the President
Lenora Oeters,
Cincinnati

There has never been a more exciting time to be a Tri Delta! This past summer at our 2016 Convention Tri Delta launched a new brand as well as a new New Member Education Program, celebrated another record breaking year of raising $11 million for philanthropic causes, including $7.9 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, announced the establishment of five new Tri Delta chapters in the 2016-2017 academic year, and moved Headquarters from Arlington, Texas to Addison, Texas.

In addition to the excitement happening with Tri Delta nationally, our local Atlanta alumnae chapter won multiple awards for our work over the past biennium, which you can read about in the Convention recap.

While it is quite a thrilling time to be a Tri Delta, this fall brings even more excitement and anticipation! As part of Tri Delta’s new brand “Bring You,” I encourage each of you to re-connect with the Tri Delta Atlanta Alumnae chapter this fall or join us for the first time! The alumnae chapter experience allows you to find and create lifelong friendships with women who are just like you and completely different from you. It allows you to remain a unique part of the connected Tri Delta whole. And as we know, we are stronger together than we could ever be alone. That is why this fall I encourage you to join us for the first time or join us once again.

Be sure to check out the wide range of events this fall hosted by our interest groups—there is guaranteed to be something you will enjoy from book clubs, to dinner outings and day group meetings—there is an event for everyone! We look forward to getting to know you this year or reconnecting with you at one of our events. It is truly an exciting time to be a Tri Delta and we hope that you will join us and bring you!

Delta Love,
Lenora
